Q. Where can I buy your products?
A. Contico products can be found in most large DIY
chains. We have provided links from the product pages
to stores that have listed the individual products.
This will be kept up to date as far as possible. Please
contact the stores to ensure availability before visiting.
Q. I want to buy large quantities of product for
resale?
A. Due to the nature of the products, and the difficulty
in transporting, it is often not economic to deliver
them directly in less than container quantities. Please
fill in the contact form with
your request, and we will contact you to provide availability,
pricing etc.
Q. I have purchased your product through a mail
order company and it has been damaged in transit. How
do I get a replacement?
A. Please contact the company from which you purchased
the item, and follow their returns/replacement procedures.
Q. I have damaged the product, where can I purchase
spare parts?
A. Some spare parts can be available, however the delivery
and packaging costs can make them uneconomic to send.
Please bear this in mind, but use the contact
form to request details.
Q. Can I have the products made in different colours?
A. We produce these products on modern, efficient moulding
machines, which run continuously, 24 hours a day. It
is not possible to change colours for small production
batches, but if you have colour suggestions for existing
products, or indeed new product suggestions, please
let us know via the contact form.
We are unable to respond to all suggestions, however
they will be taken into account when we develop new
products and colourways.
